Add or remove users
Introduction
The initial onboarding is done by the Microsoft 365 administrator with the Global Administrator role. This user is therefore already created in the environment.
Additional users can be added or removed. All users can access the dashboard and reports.
Users can have additional permissions by enabling below.

Is Tenant Administrator:
- Among other advanced features, this user will be able to add and remove users.

Is Tenant Global Administrator:
- The user will be able to change services including giving consent permissions in the Microsoft 365 tenant as well as onboard/offboard.
Add a user
To add a user click the Users menu item.
Click the
+ icon to create a new user.
Type the Invitation email address.
If the user is to be able to invite other users enable the Is Tenant Administrator.
If the user is to be able to on-/offboard, change/consent services and invite other users enable the Is Tenant Global Administrator.
If none is selected, the user will only be able to see dashboard and reports.
These permissions can be changed later.

The user receives the invitation email and clicks the Accept invitation using the invited account.


Remove a user
To remove a user, open the user and enable the Is Deactivated and then click Delete.
