Dashboard widgets and customization options
Introduction
The Enforce365 platform collects data from the Microsoft 365 tenant on a scheduled basis and well as provide questionnaires for data that cannot be collected automatically.
This data is then processed and compared against best practice and official compliance areas such as CIS18, to provide the best possible recommendations related to the specific Microsoft 365 tenant.
Depending on the Enforce365 Automize services enabled by your Provider, the following areas are available:
- Secure Score
- Official CIS18 compliance for…
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Windows 11
- Microsoft Edge browser
- Microsoft Office 365
- Defender for Identity
- Defender for Endpoints
- Defender for Office 365
- Attach Surface Reduction
- Purview Data Compliance
To provide an overview of the platform condition, recommendations are color coded with percentages and history graph showing the status and progress. Other widgets will show live information directly from the Microsoft 365 tenant. This high-level information is collected in dashboard widgets, which also gives the possibility to dig deeper into a specific area.
Note: Screenshots used in this document show the full range of widgets with example data. The number of widgets may vary depending on the Enforce365 services enabled by your Provider and yourself.
The dashboard
The dashboard is used to give a quick overview of the tenant state.
The Information widget will indicate current onboard status and report collect information.
The state of different areas is generally conveyed using colors:
- Green = Acceptable
- Yellow = Improvements recommended
- Red = Improvements required
Some widgets will show current and historical level of the score within an area - as well as other views

The 
icon indicates if the current percentage or number is taken directly and live from the Microsoft 365 tenant.l.

Job notification
As mentioned, the Enforce365 platform collects data from the Microsoft 365 tenant on a scheduled basis and well as provide questionnaires for data that cannot be collected automatically. The status of these jobs can be tracked in the upper right corner 
.
Layout customization
Most of the dashboard widgets can be re-arranged and re-sized if needed. This is done by clicking the lock icon in the top right corner .
When unlocked, a small tick is shown bottom right of the widgets that can be customized.
Kiosk mode
If you need to run the dashboard on a kiosk device without the left side menu and with automatic 10 minute refresh, then you can run in kiosk-mode by clicking the circle top right and choosing Kiosk mode (Dashboard).
