Enterprise Application Reference: Enforce365-Portal

Important:

The Microsoft Enterprise Application Enforce365-Portal is used by https://portal.enforce365.com/ to validate against Microsoft Entra ID accounts in the tenant to be onboarded.
The Microsoft Enterprise Application is used to create and maintain the Enforce365 Application Registration in the Microsoft tenant.
No one can access https://portal.enforce365.com/ portal without going through the invitation process provided in the Enforce365 portal itself – And only an admin can invite users.
Only a user with the Microsoft Entra ID Global Admin role can consent to permission changes required for Enforce365.
A user in Enforce365 can be a Global Admin, an Admin or just a user with access to read reports.

Data access:

• The Provider of the Enforce365 service to the end-customer will be able to access the end-customer portal as part of the service(s) provided. Information on the specific users can be provided by the provider.

• Enforce365 A/S will be able to access the end-customer portal provide 3rd level support via the provider mentioned above. Opt-out can be done at the Provider-level by enabling the Lockbox functionality.
